The place was clean and first-class. The restaurant was good for staying guests, and we both enjoyed excellent dishes. The location was wonderful, and we could reach a timber-framed octagonal market hall by walking. Additionally, it was close to a castle and a church.

Food expensive and bland in bar. Loud-mouthed female bar staff who didn't know basic things about wine.

Comfortable and classy room with a TV, sofa, and a patio; the check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly, helping us with our luggage; the English bar was fantastic! 😊 We enjoyed everything here and definitely recommend it to others.

Very nicely maintained, very old hotel with beautiful rooms. Staff were friendly and approachable. The town is a picture postcard, one of the most picturesque parts of Britain.
